Monitoring

Monitoring

Introduction

Mining is typically considered an investment, and no one invests lightly. Monitoring the performance of your machines is a core part of understanding the profitability and status of your mining operation. Migodi Pool has several native tools to help monitor the performance of your machines.

Dashboard

Workers

The Workers Dashboard offers a quick glance into your machines with 1 hr and 24 hr views as well as other helpful statistics. You can track the performance of your machines here.

Notifications

You can send notifications to your email address on file as for changes in account or sudden drops in Hashrate. Navigate to Account in the top right corner and Profile -> Notifications:

Set up your notifications as you please. There are already some set by default and unchangeable for your own security:

Watcher Link

You can set up watcher links for your sub-account so you can check performance without logging in, or share your machine performance with colleagues. Do this by going to Settings -> Coin Settings -> Observer Link. Settings can quickly be located in the top bar at the top of the pool website:

You can configure customizable Watcher links depending on the level of access you wish to provide. You can also create multiple Watcher Links with different levels of access.

Watcher Links are also mobile friendly! Consider using them when away from your PC.

Extra Tips and Best Practices

Mining doesn't have to require lots of time and attention, but understanding what's going on is important to maximizing returns.  Besides using Migodi Pool native tools, we also recommend periodically checking your ASIC software and periodically updating your firmware. Mining Pool statistics and information are only one part of the puzzle. Check with your ASIC manufacturer for what tools they offer and get acquainted with best practices for your specific machine.

That's it! You are now equipped with a suite of tools to monitor and maximize your mining performance. If you have questions that aren't covered here feel free to reach out for support at help@migodi.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
